Propadz Electronic Gift Cards are valid for five years from the date of purchase, and are only redeemable through the official Propadz website (www.propadz.com). They cannot be used with third-party retailers. Expired cards cannot be redeemed or extended. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the balance must be paid using an accepted payment method. If the purchase amount is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will be retained on the card for future use, provided it is within the validity period.

Propadz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat your card code as cash.

Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with promotional discounts, sales, or special offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Gift Cards are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the registered gift giver or receiver. Any attempt to alter or duplicate a gift voucher will void the voucher immediately. Propadz reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in cases of fraudulent use.

Propadz is not liable for any unauthorized use of a gift cardr or for the inability to redeem due to technical issues outside of its control.

Propadz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on the Propadz website.
