Shipping Policy

Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days.  The shipping time depends on your location and is not guaranteed, but can be estimated as follows:

● UK: 6-8 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 6–14 business days

● Japan: 6–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days

Your order ships from Ireland.

REST OF THE WORLD: €30

 

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

If your order does not arrive, please try the following before getting in touch with us at info@propadz.com.

 ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@propadz.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please reach out directly to our dedicated customer support email address info@propadz.com and a member of our team will assist with your query.  Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Our refund policy is that once we have received the Propadz Vest and Pads back within its warranty period it will then be processed through our QA office.  A full or partial refund will then be accessed and processed based on these results. Refunds will only be refunded through the payment method you used to make the purchase.

 

Please keep these helpful tips in mind while returning your product

  1. Each return is on a case by case basis. You will be responsible for any shipping costs involved in returning a package on agreement with PROPADZ Customer Service. 

  2. The product(s) should be returned with all of the original packaging. The returned order(s) must be complete, including all original components such as packaging, manuals, accessories etc..

    *If the returns package is not complete or the PROPADZ Vest is returned used, it will result in a deduction of the refunded order.

  3. If the returned product shows signs of damage, it will not be processed for a refund. 

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing chart in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mis-labelled.  If there is any issue with your product size or fit, please let us know at info@propadz.com within three weeks after receiving your order. Include your order number.
