This Website is for use by people who are 18 years and over only.

You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions through the Website.

All information, designs, drawings and other specifications provided on the Website are the exclusive property of PROPADZ. Any copying, transmission or re-transmission of the same requires the prior written approval of PROPADZ.

PRICE OF GOODS

The price listed on the Website (the 'Price') for PROPADZ products (the "Products") will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website.

We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission, the price for the products on the website is wrong. We will acknowledge receipt of your order both online and via an email order confirmation but this does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase. Your offer has been accepted only when we have confirmed that the order has been dispatched and payment has been made.

While we try to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and if you have already paid for the products you will receive a full refund.

• Coupon codes are only valid on specific products while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.

• Coupon codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.

• Coupon codes do not apply to delivery charges.

• Only one Coupon code can be used at any one time and cannot be used in combination other Coupon codes.

• Coupon codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.

• To apply a Coupon code, you must enter it prior to completing the order.

Even if a code is accepted at check out, all orders are reviewed by the PROPADZ Customer Support team prior to fulfilment. If orders are deemed in violation of any of these Terms and Conditions, they will be adjusted accordingly.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from www.propadz.com for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

TERMINATION 

We may terminate the Website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your Account for violation of the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions.

E-MAILS 

PROPADZ will contact you via email confirming the status of your order with us. PROPADZ may also contact you via SMS in relation to your order.

PROPADZ may contact users in relation to the nature of users attempted transactions, even if the transactions are not confirmed. These will be operational emails to enquire as to why the transactions were not completed. The data will not shared with any other company. Our aim is simply to provide you with the highest level of service that we can.

PROPADZ may contact you requesting feedback on your recent order with us.

MULTI-BUY PRICE PROMOTION (e.g. 3 for 2, Buy One Get One Free, Buy One Get One Half Price etc.), Discount applies to the lowest priced item in a multi-buy price promotion offer. Offer applies to selected items only. Offers cannot be combined.

Where items are purchased as part of a multi-buy price promotion, both items must be returned, unworn with a valid receipt for a refund or exchange. Items purchased as part of a promotion cannot be refunded or exchanged individually. If you wish to return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy promotion, you will forfeit any saving/benefit made based on the initial multi-buy offer.

PROPADZ reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.

Buy One Get One Half Price Returns:

Online purchase can be returned as normal in stores or to our Distribution Centre.  If you wish to return 1 item that was bought as part of the offer, you lose the benefit of the offer and your refund/exchange value will reflect this accordingly.  If you are gifting items purchased in the offer to different people, we would recommend giving them a copy of the Delivery Docket or your Order Confirmation Number in the event of a refund/exchange being needed.
